Siegfried Möbius is independent consultant and emeritus member of the executive board of Bombardier. Beside other duties he was member of the auditing committee of “Deutsches Verkehrsforum” (German Transport Forum) and is member of the chair of DIN VSB ZERT – Zertifizierungsges. mbH Verkehr – Systeme – Bahnen (Certification Company Traffic – Systems – Railways). Furthermore he keeps very good connections with the industry and is worldwide established as an expert for rolling stock.
Prof. Dr. Wojciech Paprocki has an international reputation as an expert in the field of railway logistics. As the president of the Railway Business Forum in Warsaw and as the former executive director of an international freight forwarder for Poland he is aware of the needs and requirements of companies relying on rail transport. He is Professor of Economics at the Warsaw School of Economics and Head of the Department of Economics of Transport Enterprises. He was a member of the supervisory board of PKP Cargo S.A from 2001 to 2002 and member of the supervisory board of the Holding PKP S.A from 2004 to 2005.
Prof. Dr. Frank Lademann is Professor of Rail Systems and Transport at the University of Applied Science in Mittelhessen. He was previously a research assistant at the Technical University of Damstadt and a senior manager at BGS (now Grontmij). His doctorate was awarded for the dissertation ' Design of interfaces on single line urban railways.' which included the development of a simulations programm 'RegioSim' (http://www.regiosim.de/) and was also awarded the Carl Pirath Prize from the DVWG (German Association of Transport Sciences). He is a member of the DVWG and since 2012, President of the German Railway Engineers Association (VDEI).
Dr.-Ing. Wilfried Strothmann is a freelance consultant at the Mahidol University to Bangkok. Since more than 40 years he worked at the Deutsche Bahn and there he exercised different management positions. At the IT-sector he was also responsible to all Cargo and Tractions-IT-Systems for 17 years and another 6 years to the international relationship management, too. He represented the DB-Systems to national and international Organizations. Due to his former multiannual activities as Railway expert for all of Asia at the United Nations (ESCAP) of Bangkok, there exists close contacts in this area until today.
